Users & Groups

There are 5 levels of user within the software, designed to give granulated permissions with both a business setting and a home usage environment. All the permissions for a user are based on their group memberships.

Groups are collections of trackers, POI's, geofences, alerts and livelinks. A user may be a member of more than one group.

• Drivers are the lowest level of user, only being able to view trackers which they are currenty driving.
• Normal users can view all the trackers in their groups
• Managers can edit the trackers and users in their groups.
• Administrators can create new groups and trackers.
